Tinting, Lash Lift & Brow Lamination - Aftercare and Advice
Thank you for using Touch of Paradise for your Tinting, Lash lift or Brow lamination treatment. We hope you are really happy with the results!! We have created this blog to share aftercare advice and tips you may need after your treatment. If you have any questions after having your treatment with us, please get in touch! Tinting - Aftercare and advice:
Don't touch or rub your eyes, eyelashes or eyebrows immediately after your treatment.
Avoid swimming for 24 hours.
Avoid heat treatments or sunbathing for 24 hours. (UV rays will cause your tint to fade).
Don't apply makeup or mascara to lashes/brows.
Keep lashes dry for the rest of the day.
Don't receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your tinting treatment.
Try to use oil-free facial products around the eye area to prolong the tint colour.
You can receive an lash or brow tinting treatment every 2-4 weeks.
If redness or irritation occurs, apply a cool damp cotton compress to the eye area. (If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours seek medical advice).
Lash Lift - Aftercare and advice:
Don't touch or rub your eyes or eyelashes after the treatment.
Avoid putting contact lenses back in for 24-48 hours.
Do not apply make-up for 24 hours after your treatment.
Don't receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your lash lift.
Brush lashes upwards for the next 24 hours to promote lift.
Keep lashes dry for 24-48 hours.
Avoid swimming/sauna for 24-48 hours.
Avoid any heat treatments for 24-48 hours.
Sleep on your back for up to 2 days after treatment, avoid leaning on your lashes.
Use a lash conditioner daily – (castor/keratin oil).
Comb your lashes upwards daily using a eyelash brush.
Don't use harsh products on or around the eye area.
If stinging or irritation occurs, apply a cool damp cotton compress to the eye area. (If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours seek medical advice).
Brow Lamination - Aftercare and advice:
Don't touch or rub your eyes area or eyebrows after the treatment.
Do not apply make-up for 24 hours after your treatment.
Don't receive any other eye treatments for at least 24-48 hours after your brow lamination.
Keep eyebrows dry for 24-48 hours.
Avoid swimming/sauna for 24-48 hours.
Avoid any heat treatments for 24-48 hours.
Avoid harsh product or exfoliators on your eye area.
Comb your eyebrows to desired position daily using a eyebrow brush.
Apply a conditioning serum daily.
Sleep on your back for up to 2 days after treatment.
If stinging or irritation occurs, apply a cool damp cotton compress to the eyebrows. (If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours seek medical advice).
