Below you will find all the information about our policies and terms, including our cancellation policy, lateness policy and giftcard policy.
At Touch of Paradise you can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We are unable to reschedule or cancel any bookings within 24 hours notice of your appointment, you will be charge if you do not attend. If you have paid for your treatment in advance or you are on a course and you fail to attend your booking, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. If you have not yet paid for your treatment and you do not attend, a payment link for 15% of the treatment price will require to be paid, before any future bookings will be accepted.
To ensure I can provide you with the full treatment experience, I would always advise arriving a few minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, please phone or text to make me aware. If you arrive to you appointment after the start time, your treatment will be adapted for the remaining time, however you will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
GIFT CARD POLICY
At Touch of Paradise you can purchase gift card vouchers/pdf e-vouchers. This can contain a monetary value, treatment/s or a package. All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after this date it becomes void. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the gift card will become void. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
